PROGRAM DETAILS

Meet a driver at your Marrakech accommodations At 9H00Am departure to the farmhouse in a private, climate-controlled vehicle.

Join a local cook for a day in the kitchen, starting by testing your nose on a “Guess the Spices” test, trying to identify unlabelled jars of Moroccan seasonings.

Roll up your sleeves to prepare a full meal, including bread, salad, and special Moroccan crepes. The main course changes daily, and both vegetarian and gluten-free options are available upon request. As you cook, take advantage of your time with a local chef to learn about Moroccan food traditions, or ask questions about the foods you’ve discovered while visiting the country.

When the meal is ready, sit down to a classic Moroccan feast at the farmhouse’s outdoor terrace, eating in the shade of thriving fruit trees. The meal comes to an end at roughly 4pm, and the full day of Moroccan cooking concludes with return transfer to your hotel/Riad.
