Deposit Policy :

Booking are confirmed on receipt of deposit: Deposits can be paid via direct bank transfer, PayPal Or western union Receipts will be issued on receipt of the deposit the balance can paid in cash ( Euro , dollars or Moroccan dirham ) to the driver on commencement of the tour. You can pay the balance by credit card or direct bank transfer but this will incur 4% fee Please refer to information about tripping when considering the total cost of your tour.

Cancellation / No Show Policy :

The following charges will be applied by Morocco Vacation Travel Guide and may be deducted from any refund of moneys if you cancel your booking, together with any suppliers fees and any irrecoverable costs borne by MVTG.
The 25% deposit to secure your place on a tour is refundable until a tour becomes guaranteed. When a tour becomes guaranteed your deposit becomes non refundable
MVTG will contact by phone or email to advise when the tour selected becomes guaranteed.
