ITINERARY

You will be picked up from your Hotel preferably at 9:00Am accompanied by an English speaker driver/guide, to discover Agadir city. The excursion usually begins with a visit of the castle, known and named as “Agadir Oufella’s Kasbah”, built in the 16th century, but crumbled during the 1960’s earthquake. This Kasbah is perched on a high hilltop where you will enjoy a fabulous view of Agadir city and its surroundings.

The next step in this trip is the city centre known as “Nouvelle Ville” where you can have a photo break in front of the main mosque. Afterwards, there will be a short visit to the agriculture cooperative of ‘Argan’ to witness the extraction of its rich oil and its derivatives.

The final destination of the tour will be the local market, named “Souk Al Had” the largest market in the city; a very interesting one for all sorts of shopping.

The tour can be done either in the morning or in the afternoon. Only a half day is enough for any guest to visit most of the city’s pleasant and wonderful highlights. At the end of this splendid excursion you will be picked up back to your hotel.
